Dupe for Kat Von D "Peggy"?

I read on some blogs leading up to my decision to purchase the Angeles palette that Peggy was the best shade in the palette. I looked at it and immediately thought of the Wet N' Wild "Blue Had Me At Hello" eyelid shade, and what do you know, they are pretty similar! I think the Wet N' Wild shade even has more shine and depth to it, but they have the same base colour and iridescent green/gold shimmer.

What do you think?
